TRAINOR FEIS 2025 – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Final closing date for entries will be midnight on Thursday 30th January 2025 – no additional fees will be charged.
Entries that are not paid by the 1st of February will be charged a £5 admin fee per dancer when they collect their competitor number at the Feis.
Please check that your entry fee has been paid, proof of payment will be required to collect your competitor number if there is a query.
Pay on the day entries at the Feis will be accepted subject to a £5 admin fee per dancer, it would be appreciated if you downloaded the POD entry form from wwwinstepfm.com (this will be available on Friday 31st January) print and complete your competitors’ details. We will have a facility to accept cash or payment by card.
The final timetable will be published on Friday 31st January 2025, every effort will be made to keep the running order the same as the provisional timetable, please be aware that times may change. Ensure that you communicate this information to the pupils in your school/academy.

Attached, you’ll find the FINAL timetable for this weekend’s event. Please take a moment to review it carefully, as there have been some adjustments made to ensure everything runs smoothly. We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with these changes and share with your dance families.
Late Entries
Our online entries have now closed, but we will still be accepting ‘Pay on the Day’ entries. Please note there will be a £5 late fee for each late entry. To speed up the process, we ask that you print and complete the entry form in advance and bring it with you on the day. This will help avoid delays in the queue.
‘Howay the Lads & Lasses’ Competition
Unfortunately, due to scheduling constraints, we have made the difficult decision not to run the ‘Howay the Lads & Lasses’ competition this year. If you’ve already made a payment, refunds will be issued on the day. We’re looking forward to bringing this competition back next year with a bang!
Filming for Sky Arts Documentary
On Saturday, February 1st, a film crew will be on-site to capture footage for a documentary series being produced by Sky Arts. If you or your child do not wish to be filmed, please notify a member of the production crew, who will be present on the day. You’ll find more details on this in the attached letter.
